Phase 2 of the Bentall 5 building consisted of the construction of an 11-storey addition to an existing 22-storey office building, complete with exterior landscaping, plaza and pavilion. Complete scope of work included all concrete, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work.

 

As Mechanical Contractor, T&M installed all mechanical systems: plumbing, HVAC, Sprinklers, Controls and Sheet Metal. The scope also included erecting new construction within the existing building, requiring temporary assemblies to maintain heating and cooling of the building during construction.
