This project is phase 1 of a power plant upgrade, in preparation for the upcoming hospital redevelopment. This required improvements to the existing chilled water, steam and fuel oil systems to be performed in and around an operating facility and included the replacement of chillers, pumps, cooling towers and emergency generator systems to meet the future building needs.

 

Trotter & Morton was responsible for all mechanical services, including sheet metal, sprinklers, insulation, building management systems, 3D Modeling, BIM Integration, Commissioning and quality assurance.
