Renovating U of C's Engineering Building

Phase 1 of this project involved renovating the university’s Schulich School of Engineering building. T&M was responsible for new and renovated electrical and data construction. We complete fire alarm upgrade, emergency power distribution upgrade (including new generator and controls), lighting retrofit, three new lecture theaters (complete with audio-visual), architectural lighting upgrade, complete mechanical motor control center upgrade for entire complex, data upgrade and wireless access point install, Encelium lighting control system and new laboratory construction.
