Trotter & Morton Quality Department brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to every project we undertake. Our technical team core competencies include planning, monitoring, enforcing and providing starting up assistance to complex and challenging projects well within timeline and achieve the highest customer satisfaction adhering to set quality standards.
The Quality Department strictly implements and follows the Corporate Quality Management System in achieving full customer satisfaction through continual improvement of the Corporate Quality Management System, aiming at provision of prompt & continuously improving services, and minimizing of rework during construction.
Our key objective is to create awareness of QMS matters amongst all the employees through comprehensive ongoing training programs. We work with operational teams for continual improvement in Quality Procedures and practices with a focus on minimizing and preventing construction failure and reworks.
Our Field Operations teams utilize Procore project management software to perform checks on all work installed. A database of pre-developed checklists & inspection forms is provided to ensure all work installed has been reviewed for QA/QC. We work with operations to develop & manage planning tools such as ITPs (Inspection Test Plans). ITP’s typically require input from QA/QC, PM, Field Operations staff & Client or Client representative. We continually invite, facilitate and partake in Audits with Customers and Independent Organizations to assess our ability to provide quality in our service and products.
