We are able to manage the construction of projects of all sizes using various contract philosophies: Construction Management, Lump Sum (stipulated price), Guaranteed Maximum Prices, Cost Reimbursable plus fixed fee, Cost Reimbursable plus a variable fee, unit price contracts, and Build/Assist.
