BMO Bank of Montreal contracted Trotter & Morton’s commercial division to renovate their 5-storey space in Eighth Avenue Place. This renovation comprised of a full-scale renovation to the mechanical systems within confined high-pressure mechanical rooms. This project required extensive coordination to ensure there were no system or server disruptions during the renovation, as well as minimize disruptions to other floors and tenants.
