Project Details

Fred Welsh worked on The Amazing Brentwood which became one of BC’s largest shopping centres, transforming the existing 500,000-square-foot mall into a mixed-use super-regional destination with over 1.1 million square feet of retail space and 1.2 million square feet of underground parking.

The Brentwood Interior featured approximately 100 retailers across 500,000 square feet, along with 25+ restaurants in 36,000 square feet, including the mall’s anchor tenants.

Brentwood Boulevard, an outdoor retail street inspired by the world’s most iconic high streets, offered 22 retailers in 70,000 square feet, two restaurants totaling 10,000 square feet, and 4,000 square feet of patio space.

The West Mews and Grand Lobby included 17,000 square feet of retail and 4,000 square feet for six restaurants, plus 1,500 square feet of patio space, featuring one-of-a-kind brands and designer stores.

The Plaza, a one-acre open-air social hub, featured 15 stores and six restaurants spanning 30,000 square feet, with 7,100 square feet of patio space and 4,000 square feet of garden rooftops. Three of the restaurants were multi-level, creating a vibrant destination for dining, shopping, and socializing.
