Livingston Place is comprised of 2 22-Storey office and retail buildings in Eau Claire Calgary. These two towers are home to the largest indoor and outdoor green space in a downtown Calgary commercial building.

Trotter & Morton was responsible for all base building Electrical, Voice/Data, Security, Fire Alarm, and Distribution installations. In addition, we completed numerous tenant fit-outs during occupancy, as well as office renovations since building completion.
