The Conveyance Project included the design and construction of a pump station and piping to transport wastewater from the existing Lions Gate Wastewater Treatment Plant to the North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant. New federal regulations require primary and secondary treatment systems to remove up to 95% of solids from wastewater before final release.

Trotter & Morton was brought on to provide preconstruction value to align the scope of work with the overall project budget. Additionally, we were responsible for the mechanical scope of work including plumbing fixtures, dampers, HVAC ductwork, generator exhaust, and controls.
