The 1090 West Pender Street project is a landmark commercial office development for owner BentallGreenOak, located at the corner of West Pender and Thurlow Streets in Vancouver, British Columbia. This 32-storey, 562,000-square-foot office tower features a three-storey retail podium with 7,860 square feet of ground-floor restaurant and retail space, along with seven levels of below-grade parking accommodating 432 vehicles.

Delivered under a design-build model, the project team included Graham Construction and Engineering LP as the Construction Design-Build Manager and MCMP Architects as the Architect, with mechanical consulting provided by Integral Group and mechanical construction by Fred Welsh Ltd. Construction commenced in 2019 and reached completion in 2023, resulting in a modern, high-performance office tower that contributes to Vancouver’s downtown commercial landscape.
